Ingredients

  • Milk 250 ml,
  • Anjeer (Fig) 9-10 pieces,
  • Honey 2 Tbsp,
  • Whipping Cream 300gm,
  • Condensed Milk 1/4 Cup,
  • Powder Milk 1/2 Cup,
  • Sugar 4 Tbsp,
  • Corn Flour 1 Tbsp

Instructions:

Prepare the Figs:

  • Wash and stem the figs. Chop them into small pieces.

Cook the Figs:

  • In a saucepan, combine the chopped figs and sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the figs become soft and the sugar dissolves. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

Blend the Figs:

  • Remove the fig mixture from heat and let it cool slightly. Transfer it to a blender or food processor and blend until you have a smooth puree.

Prepare the Ice Cream Base:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until the ingredients are well combined.
