  • Cooking Oil = 2 tbsp
  • Beef Mince = 250 gm
  • Ginger Garlic Paste = 1 tbsp
  • Chili Flakes = 1 tbsp
  • Salt = 1 tsp
  • Coriander Seeds (Roasted & Crushed) = 1 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds (Roasted & Crushed) = 1/2 tbsp
  • Green Chilies (Chopped) = 2 tbsp
  • Fresh Coriander (Chopped) = 1/2 cup
  • Onion (Chopped) = 200 gm
  • All Purpose Flour = 2 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Samosa Patti
  • Cooking Oil for Fry

Instructions:

For the Keema Filling:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Pour ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and sauté for a minute.
  3. Add minced beef and cook until it changes color.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Remove from heat and let it cool.

For the Samosa Dough:

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and ghee (or oil). Gradually add water to form a stiff dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Assembling and Frying:

  1. Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin oval or round shape.
  2. Cut the rolled dough in half to form two semi-circles.
  3. Take one semi-circle, fold it into a cone shape, and seal the edge with a little water.

  5. Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry samosas until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the samosas from the oil and place them on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
