  • Onion = 1 medium size
  • Cooking Oil = 1/2 cup
  • Tomato = 1 large size
  • Ginger Garlic Paste = 1 tbsp
  • Almond = 7-8 pcs
  • Salt = 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli Powder = 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder = 2 tbsp
  • Tumeric powder = 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (roasted & crushed) = 1 tsp
  • Cardamon = 2 pcs
  • Cinnamon Sticks = 2 pcs
  • Bey Leaves = 1 pcs
  • Cumin Seeds = 1 tsp
  • Cream = 3 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves for garnish
  • Green Chilli = 2 pcs for garnish
  • Mozzarella Cheese = 3 tbsp

Instructions:

Follow these instructions for making the Creamy Egg Lababdar.

  • Grind the soaked cashew nuts into a smooth paste using a blender. Add a little water if needed.
  • Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  • Pour ginger-garlic paste to the onions and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
  • Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the ghee starts to separate from the masala.
  • Add the cashew paste and fresh cream to the tomato-onion masala. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes until the mixture thickens.
  • Sprinkle garam masala and mix it into the creamy sauce.
  • Gently add the halved boiled eggs to the creamy mixture. Coat them evenly with the sauce.
  • Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve the Creamy Egg Lababdar hot with naan or rice.
