  • Haddi Guddi 1 Kg
  • Onion 1 medium size
  • Garlic whole 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Bay Leaves 2
  • Water 1 & 1/2 ltr
  • Cooking Oil 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Whole Spice Powder 1 tsp

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil or ghee in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
