  • Garlic Cloves = 20-25 pcs
  • Cumin Seeds = 1 tsp

  • Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder = 1 tbsp
  • Coriander Seeds (crushed)= 1 tsp
  • Yogurt = 2 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves (chopped) = 1 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil = 2 tbsp
  • Water = 1/2 cup

Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients:

  • Peel and chop the garlic cloves.
  • Soak the dried red chilies in warm water for about 15 minutes.

Roast Spices:

  • In a small pan, heat a teaspoon of oil over medium heat.
  • Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and roasted chana dal. Sauté until they release a pleasant aroma.
  • Add the soaked red chilies and continue to roast for another 1-2 minutes.

Grind Spices:
