  • Milk 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Green Chilies(chopped) 2
  • Whole Spice Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Fried Onion 2 tbsp

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Cashew-Coconut Paste: Grind soaked cashews, grated coconut, and poppy seeds into a smooth paste using a blender. You can add a little water if needed.
  2. Hard-Boil the Eggs: Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and cut each egg in half.
  3. Sauté Onions: In a pan, heat ghee or oil. Add the whole spices (bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon) and sauté until they release aroma. Add finely sliced onions and sauté until they become golden brown.
  4. Add Ginger-Garlic Paste and Green Chili Paste: Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili paste. Sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
  5. Add Spice Powders: Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
  6. Add Whisked Yogurt: Lower the heat and add whisked yogurt slowly while continuously stirring to avoid curdling. Cook until the oil starts to separate from the yogurt-spice mixture.

  8. Add Garam Masala: Add garam masala and mix well.
  9. Add Eggs: Gently place the halved boiled eggs into the curry, making sure they are coated with the creamy sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  10. Adjust Consistency: If the korma is too thick, you can add a little water to achieve the desired consistency.
  11. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve the creamy white egg korma hot with rice or Indian bread (roti, naan).
